The Basel is for people who go from hand to shoulder to crossbody over the course of a day. Two adjustable straps do that without a change of bag.
The hobo shape is soft and slouchy, and the leather is water-resistant and scratch-proof. Inside, separate compartments and one hidden pocket keep things in place.
