1-Year Warranty

Every Maris bag is covered for one year from the day it arrives.

What is covered

• Stitching that comes apart
• Hardware that breaks: zips, clasps, buckles and rings
• Straps or handles that come loose
• Leather or vegan leather that peels or cracks with normal use

What is not covered

• Normal wear, such as scuffs and the leather softening over time
• Damage from accidents, water, heat or sharp objects
• Changes or repairs made after delivery

How to make a claim

Email support@maristailor.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. If it is covered, we send you the same bag again at no cost. If that colour has sold out, you choose the closest one we still have, or we refund what you paid for it.

This warranty is added to your legal rights and never replaces them. In the EU and the UK that includes the legal guarantee of conformity.
