About Maris Tailor
For fifteen years, we made bags for women who pay attention to detail.
Maris began as a small atelier in Lemesos, Cyprus, with a simple idea: a beautiful bag should disappear into a woman's life, not compete with it. Soft enough to fold into a weekend trip, structured enough to carry a Monday meeting, quiet enough to outlast a season. Over the years, our pieces travelled from the Greek islands to the cafés of Lisbon, from Parisian commutes to morning walks in Berlin. They became, in their own quiet way, part of thousands of routines.
What We Believe
Good design is a kindness. The mark of a piece worth keeping is not the logo on the front, but the way it ages with you — softer, more familiar, more yours. We built Maris around that idea. Every bag in this store was developed and selected with three things in mind:
- Craft. Materials chosen for how they wear over time, not how they look in week one.
- Versatility. Silhouettes that move from work to dinner to weekend without effort.
- Honest pricing. The number on the tag reflects what the bag actually is. No theatre, no fake markups.
A Final Chapter
This is also our farewell. After fifteen years, we have decided to close our doors. Every bag in this store is part of our final collection — designed with the same care, offered at clearance prices because we would rather see them carried than sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is a goodbye gift from us to a community that grew bigger and warmer than we ever imagined.
