Before you order

Is the gift really free?

Yes. Add any handbag to your cart and the gift is added at no cost. Charms and wallets bought on their own do not include it.

Will my laptop fit?

Compare the bag's width with your laptop's. A 13-inch laptop is about 30 cm wide, a 14-inch about 32 cm and a 15-inch about 35 cm.

What is vegan leather, and will it peel?

It is polyurethane over a fabric lining, made to look and feel like leather. If it peels or cracks in the first year of normal use, our 1-year warranty replaces the bag.

When will my order arrive?

Every order is processed within 48 hours and shipped with tracking. Free shipping arrives in 5 to 7 business days, or in 3 to 5 with express at checkout.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. In the EU and the UK you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.
